Eligibility for Returns
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Free from stains, odors, or any modifications.
• Accompanied by the original tags and packaging.
• Sale items, gift cards, and personalized or custom items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.
Return Process

2. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.
3. Pack the item securely and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Ship the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective or incorrect items.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, contact us at Nexusstyles@gmail.com to arrange the process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Provide photos of the issue, and we will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
